Simon Phillipson

Simon Phillipson is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Construction Manager at BYLOR Joint Venture since May 2021, Simon has also held the position of General Foreman at CNIM and Clugston Construction Limited, where responsibilities included site management, task assignments, and equipment procurement for an Energy from Waste project. Prior to these roles, Simon worked as a Formwork Joiner at Skanska and a Foreman at VINCI, focusing on concrete placement and formwork supervision. Simon’s career began at SWORD CONSTRUCTION UK LIMITED, where a range of sites was managed, promoting Health & Safety practices throughout the tenure. Simon's foundational education was completed at Frederick Gough from 1984 to 1989.
