Constructiv
Our team has over 20 years of technical project delivery experience. During this period, we have established a standard for building the critical power and cooling infrastructure that supports data centers. At the center of our culture is the rigorous capture of knowledge to constantly improve the customer experience. We believe that mastery of a skill is active, built through collaboration and a process of continuous learning. Our history has taught us that real gains arise from the ability to apply lessons learned from our collective interactions to improve the design and construction process. We recognize that businesses require a collaborator who can provide this source of real-world data and process improvement. Enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, and edge computing owners and operators continue to rely on us as a strategic adviser and technical builder. Most of our clients come to us when contemplating major design decisions regarding their critical infrastructure projects. It is not uncommon for our engagement to begin with an owner’s sketch on the back of a napkin. We take that concept and develop a detailed program, master plan and eventually construction drawings integrated with budgets, schedules, and constructability consulting throughout the design and construction process. Our experience-based and fact-based methods result in an efficient design-build approach that saves time and capital. Examples of our work include: - production data centers fluid to the row, rack, and chip environment - data centers that continuously drive to lower PUE - facility use of supply-side energy and renewable solutions - BIM implemented into project workflows beginning at the preconstruction phase
