Most of our clients come to us when contemplating major design decisions regarding their critical infrastructure projects. It is not uncommon for our engagement to begin with an owner’s sketch on the back of a napkin. We 
take that concept and develop a detailed program, master plan and eventually construction drawings integrated with budgets, schedules, and constructability consulting throughout the design and construction process. Our experience-based and fact-based methods result in an efficient design-build approach that saves time and capital.

The Project Management Team at Constructiv is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of data center infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion. This includes developing detailed programs and master plans, creating construction drawings, and integrating budgets and schedules. The team applies its extensive experience to ensure efficient design-build processes and continuous improvement, leveraging real-world data to optimize critical infrastructure projects for enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, and edge computing clients.
