Helena Francis

Helena Francis currently serves as Chief of Staff at Constructive Bio, a pioneering start-up focused on genome rewriting for sustainable biomolecules. Prior to this role, Helena was the Head of Business Development at Bactobio, directing commercial strategies and partnerships in the biotechnology sector. Helena’s earlier positions include Senior Consultant and Consultant at Oliver Wyman, Statistics Course Coordinator and Mathematics Tutor at the University of Oxford, and Marketing Director for the Innovation Forum in Oxford. Helena has also held teaching roles in Beijing and interned in Research & Development at Procter & Gamble. Educationally, Helena holds a DPhil in Chromosome and Developmental Biology from the University of Oxford and a combined BA & MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
