Vignesh Venkatraman is an accomplished Antibody Discovery Leader with extensive experience in phage display and biologics R&D. Vignesh progressed from a Research Assistant at Genzyme to an Associate Scientist at MedImmune, where significant contributions included co-inventing a bispecific antibody that advanced to Phase II clinical trials. In subsequent roles at Agenus, Vignesh served as Principal Scientist, driving IND-enabling programs in oncology and spearheading strategic innovation. Currently, Vignesh holds the position of Principal Scientist - Biologics at Constructive Bio while also offering independent consulting services in antibody discovery and biologics development. Vignesh earned an M.Sc in Genetic Manipulation and Molecular Cell Biology from the University of Sussex.
