Blanca Roman has extensive experience in the mortgage and loan processing industry, currently serving as Processing Manager at Constructive Loans since January 2020. Concurrently, Blanca also holds the title of Processing Manager in the Chicago land area. Prior to this role, Blanca was with Finance of America Commercial from April 2014 to January 2020, initially as a Sr. Manager Client Relations Specialist focusing on fix and flip projects and later as a Senior Processor. Blanca's career includes significant experience as a Senior Loan Processor at Jordan Capital Finance, LLC, and a File Quality Analyst at PNC. Blanca began at the State Bank of Illinois as a Senior Loan Processor, handling compliance and managing a high volume of files effectively.
