Chris Zautcke is an experienced underwriter with a diverse background in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as an Underwriter at Constructive Capital since June 2023, Chris has held various underwriting positions including DE Underwriter roles at First Alliance Home Mortgage and Bluepoint Mortgage, and a Wholesale DE Mortgage Underwriter position at Caliber Home Loans. Additional experience includes positions at MetLife Home Loans, Bank of America, and One Choice Mortgage, where Chris has consistently demonstrated expertise in FHA and senior underwriting. Chris Zautcke holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
