OUR MISSION Since 1946, Constructive Partnerships Unlimited has promoted opportunities for people with I/DD to achieve fulfilling lives. OUR VISION Our dedicated staff provide a wide range of direct services and supports that address the needs of each person supported. The agency's Residential Services, Day Habilitation programs, and Article 16 clinics are provided within a warm, caring environment, using person-centered planning to address specific needs.
