Valentina Nochka has a diverse work experience in various positions. Valentina currently works as a Product Manager at Constructor, where they focus on AI-first search and product discovery. Valentina is responsible for ranking and personalization. From 2020 to 2023, Valentina worked at Flo Health Inc. as a Product Manager. During their time there, they contributed to the redesign of the company's content library, resulting in a 5% increase in in-app revenue. Valentina also played a key role in designing a new feature onboarding vision that became the foundation of the company's first-time user experience. Before that, Valentina worked at Tutu.ru as a Product Manager/Analyst, where they developed an analytical CRM and implemented an algorithm for catch-up emails, leading to a 7% sales increase. Prior to that, they worked at Wisebits Group as a Product Manager of ML/AI features and Analytics Lead. In this position, they led ML/AI projects, built product analytics from scratch, and developed automated dashboards for continuous reporting and monitoring of critical business KPIs. Valentina also has experience as an Independent Consultant, where they assisted companies in improving their products and marketing strategies. Valentina worked on various projects, including creating a users classification for a book-reading service, developing metrics hierarchy and automated reporting for different classified services, and creating dashboards for entertainment TV channels. Valentina started their career at Yandex, where they worked as a Product Analyst. Valentina was responsible for building forecasts and models for various Yandex platforms and creating product classifications for search queries. Valentina also played a key role in a research and development project focused on cognitive styles and user interface design.

Valentina Nochka completed their education in computer science at the Higher School of Economics. Valentina earned a Bachelor's degree from 2006 to 2010 and subsequently pursued a Master's degree from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Valentina obtained certifications in the field of machine learning and data analysis. Valentina completed a specialization in Machine Learning and Data Analysis from Coursera in December 2017, as well as an Introduction to Machine Learning course from the same platform in January 2017.
