Valeriya Bezrukova

Valeriya Bezrukova has a wealth of experience in product management and development. Valeriya started their career in 2015 as a Specialist of Products' Development in the E-Business Department of Alfa-Bank, where they founded a Research Centre inside Alfa-Lab, the digital unit of Alfa-Bank, and implemented a product metrics methodology and decision making system. In 2016, they joined Yandex as a Product Development Manager for Yandex. Direct, Yandex's most profitable service. In 2018, they took on two roles at Yandex, both as a Senior Product Manager for Yandex. Services and a Product Manager for Yandex Search. Valeriya also became the Product Development Manager at Yandex. Market, where they developed and presented a strategic expansion plan to the top management. In 2020, they became the Head of Product at Fjor Nutrition, where they lead the Lifecycle product pillar and is focused on retention & engagement, acquisition, and growth. Currently, Valeriya Bezrukova is the Product Director at Constructor.

Valeriya Bezrukova obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) between 2009 and 2015. Valeriya also holds certifications from Reforge (Growth Series, 2021), IDEO U (Hello Design Thinking, 2020), CodeAcademy (Learn ReactJS, 2018), Acumen (Storytelling for Change, 2017), Artem Gorbunov Design Bureau (User Interface & information Architecture, 2017), and Nielsen Norman Group (UX Certificate, 2016).
