Yesenia P.

Yesenia P. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Management Assistant at Associated Students UCLA. Yesenia then moved on to the All Stars Project, Inc. in 2010, where they worked as a Program Manager. In 2014, they joined NewDealDesign as an Operations Associate, and then moved to YouCaring in 2017 as a People Operations Manager. In 2018, they joined GoFundMe as a People Operations Manager for YouCaring, and then left to join Constructor as the Director of People Operations. At Constructor, Yesenia's roles included evaluating and implementing new tech, organizing in-person and remote team gatherings, and leading all people operations.

Yesenia P. obtained a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles between 2006 and 2010.
