Marcelo Abella is a civil engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and sales within the construction industry. With a career spanning over two decades, Marcelo has held various positions, including Sales Manager and Sales Engineer at Gerdau S.A., where strategic sales development for structural profiles was a key focus. Marcelo has also served as Director at ABECONSULT Engenharia and Co-Founder at Construflow, among other roles. Additionally, a strong foundation in civil engineering was established at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, complemented by an Executive MBA in Administration. Marcelo's expertise encompasses consulting, project leadership, and the design of metallic and concrete structures.
