Rafael Silva is an experienced IT manager with a strong background in supply chain management and a solid educational foundation in information technology and business administration. At Construtora Colares Linhares since 2013, Rafael has excelled in gathering and analyzing requirements for customized solutions and successfully managing IT projects to meet quality, time, and budgetary constraints.
