Armstrong Changsan

Armstrong Changsan is a seasoned diplomat with extensive experience in various high-ranking positions within the Ministry of External Affairs, India. Prior to their current role as Joint Secretary, Changsan served as Ambassador to Iceland and Consul General in Osaka-Kobe. Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
