Madan Mohan Sethi

Madan Mohan Sethi is a seasoned diplomat currently serving as the Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City since August 2017. Prior to this role, Madan Mohan Sethi held the position of Director for Central Europe at the Ministry of External Affairs, India, from September 2010 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from M.K.C.G. Medical College, Berhampur, completed between 1991 and 1997, as well as a Plus Two Science from B.J.B. Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar, Khurda, from 1988 to 1991.
