John Milkewicz is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in technical support and IT management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Service Center Manager at DTS since October 2024, John previously held the position of Technical Support Lead at Persistent Systems, where responsibilities included collaborating with the cybersecurity team to address vulnerabilities and threats. Prior to that, John spent over a decade at Tangoe as the Desktop Support Lead, overseeing a team supporting a large employee base and managing operations across multiple sites. Earlier roles include Assistant Systems Administrator at Lion Brand Yarn Company and Field Radio Operator/Information Systems Coordinator in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Felician University.
