Founded by Columbia MBA entrepreneurs, Consult for Impact is a highly selective, fully remote internship program for high school students who want to go beyond volunteering and lead real-world social impact work.

Students work on authentic nonprofit and community challenges, taking ownership of problems from analysis to solution design—and, in select tracks, real-world implementation. Along the way, they build critical thinking, leadership, and structured problem-solving skills that translate far beyond the program.

Mentored by Ivy League–educated leaders and industry professionals from top global organizations, students gain exposure to how meaningful decisions are made while developing confidence, clarity, and purpose in their work.

By the end of the program, students graduate with real ownership of impactful projects, a strong mentor network, and portfolio-ready work that reflects depth, initiative, and leadership.
