Joyce Boissell

Joyce is an experienced and passionate Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in strategic Organizational Development and Human Resources leadership . She has worked with companies such as UPMC Health System, MGM Resorts International, Topgolf, ACE Parking Management and, most recently, Exhale Brands Nevada, a Cannabis start-up.

Joyce has experience across all areas of Human Resources, including, Organizational Development/Training, Employee Relations and Recruiting. She is most passionate about building strong partnerships with organizational leaders to identify and implement strategies that support success.

Joyce believes that a company’s strongest assets include its Human Resources and that success is highly dependent on employee engagement and retention.

Joyce holds an MBA and Bachelors degree in Business Economics/Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and is always striving to learn more through experience and relationships. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has made Las Vegas her home since 2006.
