Michelle Lally is the current Chief Executive Officer at Medexec, leading a team of search consultants to identify hard-to-reach talent and HiPo candidates for company growth. Michelle also holds the titles of CEO and Global Head of Executive Search at Consult and EMEA Talent Manager at Align Technology. Michelle previously worked as a Senior Dental Consultant at James Winter Ltd, where Michelle successfully rebuilt declining account relationships within the dental sector. Michelle holds a degree in Strategic Growth and Entrepreneurship from Cambridge Judge Business School and a Bachelor of Laws from Sheffield.
