Traci Doleman

Traci Doleman is an experienced human resources manager with a strong background in operational management. At Consulting Services Incorporated (CSI) since March 2022, Traci oversees HR functions. Previously, Traci held an HR leadership role at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from September 2004 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing HR for up to 250 employees and leading an employee engagement program for five years. Traci's career also includes a role as Operations Manager at CompUSA from February 1997 to July 2004, where oversight of operational systems and staff management was a focus. Traci earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Eastern Kentucky University between 1994 and 1999.
