Mark Potts CertRP has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Mark has most recently worked as the Head of HR & Recruitment at Consultiv Utilities Ltd since December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Internal Recruitment Manager at The Energy Check from February 2019 to December 2019.

From 2014 to 2019, Mark held the position of Internal Recruitment Manager at Utilitywise where their key responsibilities included managing recruitment targets, developing recruitment strategies, and leading a team of consultants and resourcers. Before Utilitywise, Mark worked at Manpower UK as a Performance Management Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant from 2013 to 2014.

Mark also gained experience at Hays as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Social Care recruitment from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, Mark worked at EE as a Broadband Sales Advisor from 2010 to 2012.

Mark took a break from their career to travel Asia for 6 months in 2009, during which time they worked as a PADI Dive master, organizing and supervising recreational diving activities. Mark'searly professional experience includes a role as a Sales Advisor at BT from 2008 to 2009.

Mark Potts CertRP has an educational background that includes a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD Qualifications, a Cert in Recruitment Practice from The Institute of Recruitment Professionals, and a Padi dive master certification from DJL diving. Mark also completed A levels & HE in science at the University Centre at Wakefield College and earned GCSE's at Kettlethorpe high school wakefield. Additionally, Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Newcastle University. Mark has obtained several certifications, including Health advocate - Better Health at work from Better Health at Work Alliance, MHFA- Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, i3 Real Coach Personality Profiling from i3 Profiling, and REC Certificate in Recruiting from Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) - Members Only Group.
