Sebastian K. has over 10 years of work experience. Sebastian began their career in 2011 as a Trade Assistant at Retaceria. In 2015, they became an Area Sales Representative at Sotel Group SRL, where they were responsible for intangible telephone sales, customer service, loading information in CRM, Paris system management, Telefónica Digip System, and Portal CRM Club La Nación. In 2018, Sebastian K. began working as an IT Recruiter at CONEXIONHR, RH+Tecnología, and FOX Recruiting - Argentina. In these roles, they were responsible for recruitment and selection of IT personnel, contact and coordination of interviews, reporting, client and candidate negotiation, and management of social networks. In 2019, they became the Head of IT Recruiting at CFOTech, where they were responsible for managing the Recruiting team of the company. Currently, Sebastian K. is the Talent Growth Manager at ConsultR, where they are responsible for implementing new recruiting techniques, keeping up to date with new external market practices, proposing improvements in the company, analyzing and coordinating the management of the recruiting team, and making weekly reports on the status of searches. Sebastian also coaches and mentors the recruiting team.

Sebastian K. completed a Tecnico Superior en Administración de RRHH from CEO (Centro de Estudios Organizacionales) between 2015 and 2017. In 2020, they completed a Liderazgo Para Equipos de Trabajo from Platzi in the field of Liderazgo empresarial, as well as a Scrum course from Platzi in the field of Metodologías Ágiles. Sebastian also completed a Gestión de Recursos Humanos/Administración de Personal course from Capacitarte, and a Curso de Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal IT from Lic. Maria Laura Llames. Between 2011 and 2013, they completed a Despachante de Aduanas y Comercio Exterior from Instituto de Capacitación Aduanera. Lastly, they completed a Bachillerato con Orientación Técnico-Contable from Estudios Superiores de Buenos Aires between 2006 and 2011.
