Carmen Bridges

As a Product Manager in the IT Department, Carmen is responsible for being the point person for the entire product lifecycle. From the strategy phase to go-to-market to maturity as the product evolves and the user base grows. Also, she helps determine product-market fit, creates and manages the product roadmap, prioritizes the backlog, communicates directly with clients to assess and gather feedback, and continues helping the development team refine each feature.
