Guerin Léa

Louis Guérin has accumulated significant experience in the field of materials science. As a Doctorant at CEA from October 2020 to April 2024, Louis focused on developing and understanding surface treatment methods for lithium-ion battery electrode materials. Prior to this role, Louis served as a Stagiaire at Institut MAUPERTUIS from March 2019 to December 2021, conducting mechanical testing on metallic materials produced through Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing. Additionally, a Stagiaire position at Gunning/Lemieux Chemistry Centre from May 2018 to August 2018 involved exploring new thermoelectric materials, specifically investigating a layered crystallographic structure influencing thermoelectric properties. Louis holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Sciences des matériaux from ESIR - Ecole Supérieure d'ingénieurs de Rennes (2016-2019) and a Licence in Sciences et propriétés de la matière from Université de Rennes I (2014-2016).
