Laura Gimaret is a quality risk management professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, particularly in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Currently serving as Chargée Qualité at Consultys since August 2022, Laura leads initiatives related to the Quality Risk Management framework for Sanofi Pasteur. Previous experience includes roles at Laboratoire Bailly-Creat as Gestionnaire AQ Fournisseur, and at LEO Pharma A/S, where responsibilities included process inspection support and quality investigations. Early career experience spans several positions focused on quality assurance and microbiology, including as Assistante qualité at SAS Roland MONTERAT and as a technician at the Institut National de Recherche Agronomique. Laura holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Aliments, Microbiologie, and Assurance Qualité from Université de Bourgogne.
