Erica Tejedor Belmar

Erica Tejedor Belmar is a professional with extensive experience in gender equality and educational training. Currently serving as Técnica de Conciliación e Igualdad at Consum Cooperativa Valenciana since May 2022, Erica has held previous roles including Agente de Igualdad at Equality Momentum S.L. and the Ajuntament de Turís, as well as Consultora at Indice Formación y Consultoría. As a co-founder of Genera Igualdad, Erica contributed to the promotion of participation, training, and communication in gender equality initiatives. Erica's background also includes customer service at IKEA España and the development of youth equality strategies with the Consell de Joventut de València. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Gender and Equality Policies and a Licentiate in Pedagogy from the University of Valencia.
