Chris Adams

Chris Adams is the current Director at Consumer Portfolio Services. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Category Management Services & Data Governance at Ahold Delhaize from January 2018 to May 2021. Chris has extensive experience in data governance and has been successful in designing and implementing a cross functional US Data Governance Model to enable the US Brands of Ahold Delhaize to leverage data & analytics at scale. Chris is also the founder and Chair of ADUSA Data Governance Council which helps to drive leadership alignment, awareness & engagement. Furthermore, they have successfully built collaborative processes & strategic data quality partnerships for the capture of over 50,000 Product Images & attributes to support Click & Collect roll out across the US Business and leverage to provide additional image needs to ‪Food Lion‬ to Go & Instacart. Under their leadership, the team has also completed over 200 system & technology enhancements (SBEs) to support merchandising, supply chain & other commercial teams in partnership with IT.

Chris Adams has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Theirtory from the University of Miami, a MBA in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College, and Certificates in Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training and Six Sigma Black Belt Training from Supervalu/Six Sigma Academy. Chris Adams also completed a Store Management Training Program at Shaw's Supermarkets.
