Gavin Leaming

Gavin Leaming started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Director at Rainbow Rising Child Care, where they developed new programs for after-school activities. Gavin then worked at Fresh Air and Commercial Services from 2005 to 2011 as a Project Manager, managing construction projects and pursuing their Business Degree through night and weekend classes. In 2011, they joined Consumer Portfolio Services as a Regional Director - Inside Sales, leading a high-performance team responsible for a monthly contract volume of over 30 million dollars. Gavin provided tools, leadership, and training to increase contract production and used a balanced approach of delegation and leading by example.

Gavin Leaming attended California State University, Fullerton from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Operations Management.
