Shady Shafik

Shady Shafik has work experience in various roles and companies. Shady is currently working as a Decision Data Analyst at Consumer Portfolio Services since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Analyst at Upwork from April 2020 to July 2021. Starting in September 2013, Shady worked at Orascom Construction Ltd, first as an Administrative role from September 2013 to April 2015, and then as a Human Resources Data Analytics role from May 2015 to January 2020. In this role, they developed data tables and databases, created software applications for statistical modeling and graphic analysis, and resolved employees' issues, leading to increased satisfaction.

Shady Shafik completed a Human Resources Diploma in Strategic Management at AUC - School of Continuing Education in 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Shafik also pursued a Human Resources Diploma with a focus on Human Resources at the same institution.
