Al Virgo started their work experience in 1990 at Reader's Digest, where they served as the Director of Database Marketing until 2013. In 2013, they joined Consumer Reports as the Director of Customer Analytics.
Al Virgo completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics & Mathematics from SUNY Oneonta, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. Al further pursued their education at Penn State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Statistics from 1985 to 1987.
