Suman Veeramalla has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. They started their career as a Manufacturing Systems Engineering Intern at TVS Motor Company in 2005. Afterwards, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Data Engineer from 2005 to 2007. From there, Suman joined Bank of America as a Lead Data Consultant, where they worked from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they joined Consumer Reports and held various roles such as Sr. Data Architect, Lead Data Architect, Manager of Data Engineering, Associate Director of Data Engineering & Data Intelligence, and Director of Data Engineering & Data Intelligence. Currently, Suman holds the position of Chief Data Officer at Consumer Reports.
Suman Veeramalla holds a GMP in General Management from Harvard Business School. They also completed the Stanford Ignite Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, specializing in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Furthermore, Suman Veeramalla earned a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
