Cara Whitley has over 20 years of experience in marketing and leadership roles. Cara is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Consumer Safety Technology. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer and GM DTC Ecommerce at PPLSI, where they were responsible for building and developing the marketing function and the Direct to Consumer Business Unit. Before that, they held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at CENTURY 21®, leading the brand revitalization and driving the organization's transition to an experience-driven brand. Cara has also been the Chief Marketing Officer at Squaw Valley Ski Holdings, where they implemented change management and developed brand strategies to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, they worked at American Express, Epsilon, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Copper Mountain Resort, and Grey Advertising, gaining extensive experience in business development, loyalty marketing, and strategic partnerships.
