Kendra Steuhm

Kendra Steuhm is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Director and HR Business Partner at Mindr since May 2022, Kendra previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Denver Health from October 2018 to May 2022. Kendra's career also includes significant roles at UnityPoint Health, where Kendra worked as an HR Business Partner from August 2014 to October 2018 and gained initial experience through practicum positions in early 2013 and 2014. Kendra's foundational experience includes working as an Income Maintenance Worker with the State of Iowa from December 2006 to August 2014, showcasing proficiency in policy interpretation and eligibility determination for benefits. Academically, Kendra holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Des Moines University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Mercy College of Health Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Iowa State University.
