Jim Browne

Jim Browne is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in operations and systems administration. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology at ConsumerAffairs since January 2023, Browne previously held the position of VP Operations at 42 Lines Inc from January 2010 to January 2023, where noteworthy accomplishments included founding a successful DevOps practice and achieving AWS Advanced Tier Consulting Partner status. Prior to that, Browne was the Director of System Administration at CNET Networks, Inc., overseeing a large team and various critical operations. Entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding A-Link Network Services and Netility, where solutions for internet connectivity were developed during the early days of the industry. Jim Browne began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Sonic Systems and holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
