Danny Mantis, MSRE

Danny Mantis, MSRE has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Danny started their career as a Salesman at Kiefer Pool Store from 2004 to 2007. Danny then worked as a Finance Intern at the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America in 2008. Danny subsequently joined SSCS Services, Ltd. as a Staff Accountant in 2009 and later took on the role of Accountant at the same company from February 2012 to June 2012. From July 2011 to February 2012, Danny served as a Project Associate at Voltage Digital Media, where they were responsible for communication and coordination. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at Chicago Apartment Place, Inc., assisting in the daily operations of over 500 residential and commercial units. Danny then transitioned to Blueleaf Lending in February 2013, where they served as a Relationship Manager and Credit Analyst, responsible for analyzing and underwriting commercial loan requests. From June 2015 to March 2023, Danny held the position of Director at Kiser Group. Currently, they are employed as a Commercial Lender at Consumers Credit Union since March 2023. Additionally, Danny owns Mantis Enterprises, LLC, where they manage various aspects of property management and actively seeks to acquire new investment real estate.

Danny Mantis, MSRE, pursued their education at Carthage College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, they attended the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, earning a Master of Science degree in Real Estate.
