Hannah Brucato (Egle) has a diverse work experience in various industries. Hannah started their career at American Eagle Outfitters as a Sales Associate/ Stylist, where they assisted clients in creating outfits and suggested additional products. Hannah then worked at Amazon as a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate, where they designed boxes and ensured tasks were completed according to safety guidelines. Hannah also had an internship at Delaware North as a Retail Intern, where they assisted with data analysis, inventory management, and daily cash procedures. Hannah later interned at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin as a Special Events Intern, where they helped coordinate volunteers and handled important mailings. Hannah then joined Culinary Infusion as a Server, where they trained new staff members and led teams in serving food to guests. Hannah then transitioned to Froedtert South as an HR Specialist, responsible for onboarding new employees. After that, they worked at Delaware North as a Recruiter, where they attended recruiting events, screened candidates, and extended offers. Currently, Hannah is working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Consumers Credit Union, where they lead full life cycle recruiting and builds relationships with candidates and multiple departments within the organization.
Hannah Brucato (Egle) pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing.
In addition to their formal degree, Hannah Brucato (Egle) also obtained several certifications. Hannah achieved the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty certification from SHRM in August 2022. Prior to that, in December 2019, they acquired the certifications for "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" and "Performance-Based Hiring" from LinkedIn.
