Amy Hoeksema

Amy Hoeksema, CPG, PMP, currently leads a team of Project Managers as the Electric Transmission and Distribution Project Management Lead at Consumers Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing projects with significant business and customer risks. Previously, Amy served as an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay and held various leadership roles at ARCADIS U.S., including Sr. Vice President/Director of Workforce Planning and Technical Knowledge Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Department Manager/Sr. Geologist at RMT, inc., focusing on hydrogeologic investigations. Educational qualifications include a BS in Geology from Lake Superior State University and graduate coursework in Contaminant Transport and Hydrogeology from Western Michigan University.
