Gianfranco Molina

Gianfranco Molina, CUSP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety and health project management. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Developer at Consumers Energy since January 2014, Gianfranco oversees the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) project, collaborating with internal teams and software vendors to ensure effective implementation and utilization of the EHS technology solution. Previous roles at Consumers Energy include Safety Project Manager, where a comprehensive safety solution was implemented company-wide, and Field Safety Consultant, focusing on injury prevention through proactive strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at Bimbo Latincentro as Health and Safety Supervisor and Production Facility's Physician, emphasizing the development and enforcement of safety programs. Additionally, experience as Community Project General Physician at ASODESNASR involved providing preventive health initiatives for children in vulnerable communities. Gianfranco holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Universidad Europea del Atlántico and a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
