Negah McKevitt

Negah McKevitt, Esq., LL.M., currently serves as a Senior Tax Attorney at Consumers Energy since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Tax Attorney at Schlaupitz Madhavan, P.C., and as a Tax Research Attorney at Thomson Reuters, where significant contributions included managing projects and overseeing tax analysts. Negah has also worked as Tax Counsel at General Motors, providing legal support for tax and telecommunications issues, and held various positions in financial analysis and accounting at organizations such as MAHLE, Barris, Sott, Denn & Driker, and Visteon Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation and a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
