Rachel Babale

Rachel Babale has over a decade of experience in labor relations, currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Consumers Energy since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team of Field Labor Relations Representatives and participating in the Company Collective Bargaining Committee. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Field Examiner at the National Labor Relations Board from 2011 to 2015, focusing on investigating unfair labor practices and conducting union elections. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Relations from the same institution.
