CONSUMERTEC is an independent research and development company specialised in the field of benchmarking consumer brands performance, with an international-accredited technical competence. We have developed physical and digital technologies to improve consumer-goods businesses in three ways: a) to increase product’s margins, b) to discover and support brand's claims and c) to reach sustainable goals.

Services:
1. Consumer-centred brand's/product's comparative testing, to understand and quantify benefits and non-benefits perception.
2. Consumer-relevant test fabrics and materials for laundry experimentation, mainly dingy monitors.
3. Digital tools on the web to understand, represent, predict and communicate the consumers' perception of benefits and satisfaction in real market scenarios.
