Padmaja Ruparel

Padmaja Ruparel is the Director at Consure Medical. Prior to that, they were the Head of Corporate Communications at Xansa. Padmaja has also worked at IAN Fund.

Ruparel has over 16 years of experience in corporate operations, recruitment, brand strategy, and communication. Padmaja has also been actively involved in corporate social responsibility initiatives. In 2005, they helped set up NASSCOM Foundation, an Indian software industry community arm, and was one of the first trustees.

Ruparel is an awardee of the Global Board. Her work in CSR has helped in customer retention for companies. Padmaja is passionate about leveraging IT for the masses and making a positive impact in the world.

Padmaja Ruparel has a BA in English from the University of Calcutta and a BA Hons in English from Loreto House. Padmaja also has a certification from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in the Proficiency test for Independent Directors Bank.
