Vaibhav Mehta

Vaibhav Mehta has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Consulting. Vaibhav is currently working as the Global Director of Human Resources at Consus Global since December 2021. Before that, they worked as a Co-Creator at Sash Couture starting in April 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Vaibhav worked at Synergy Consulting Inc. from 2016 to 2021. Vaibhav held the position of Associate Director of HR and ODS from January 2018 to December 2021, and previously served as a Senior Manager of HR from February 2016 to December 2017.

Before joining Synergy Consulting, Vaibhav was an Assistant Manager of HR at Bristlecone (A supply chain consulting firm of Mahindra Group) from September 2012 to November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions including strategy, employee engagement, campus hiring, and process improvements.

Prior to Bristlecone, Vaibhav worked at Ernst & Young as a Lead Executive of HR from September 2010 to August 2012. Vaibhav'sresponsibilities included recruitment and employee engagement for the Research & Analytics vertical.

Vaibhav started their career at Accenture Consulting as a Recruitment Analyst from August 2009 to September 2010. Vaibhav was responsible for end-to-end recruitment and managing vendors and employee referral programs.

Earlier in their career, Vaibhav worked at Consus Global as a Team Leader of HR from December 2007 to August 2009. Vaibhav'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, vendor management, and managing employee referral programs.

Vaibhav Mehta's education history starts with their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from Delhi University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Vaibhav then pursued an Executive MBA in Human Resource from ISBM (Indian School of Business Management) between 2009 and 2010. Lastly, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from 2016 to 2017.
