Cynthia Andrade has a diverse background with experience in customer success, product ownership, and operational analysis. Cynthia has worked at companies such as Conta Azul, Pontomais, and Sage, where Cynthia demonstrated skills in technical support, partner success, and product operations management. With a strong foundation in sales and finance, Cynthia also worked at Grupo Barigui, Vip Car Renault, and Supermax Brasil. Currently, Cynthia is pursuing a degree in Processos Gerenciais and Administração de Empresas at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
