Bianca Alves has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Bianca started their career at Davene as a Merchandiser in 2015. In 2018, they moved to Pitzi as a Customer Experience. Bianca then joined 99Leads as a Customer Success Assistant and Estagiária - Customer Success in 2019. Currently, Bianca is working at Conta Simples as a Customer Relationship Analyst Sênior and Customer Relationship Analyst Pleno since 2020.

Bianca Alves is currently completing their Bachelor's degree in Propaganda and Marketing at Universidade Paulista, which they began in 2018 and is expected to finish in 2021.
