Mauricio Souza

Mauricio Souza currently serves as the Head de Marketing e Performance at Contabilizei, a position held since July 2024. In addition, Mauricio is a member of Reforge since April 2022 and previously worked as Chief Marketing Officer at EqSeed from June 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included creating and implementing marketing strategies. From June 2017 to May 2022, Mauricio was with XP Inc., holding various roles including Head de Parcerias e Novos Canais, where initiatives focused on growth diversification, and Growth Leader for XP Investimentos & XDEX, overseeing customer acquisition strategies. Mauricio also led CRM initiatives as the Head de CRM during the same period. Before joining XP Inc., Mauricio was a Consultant at Pöyry from September 2014 to June 2017, developing studies and special projects in infrastructure and logistics.
