Isaac Shloss

Isaac Shloss has held various roles in the technology industry since 2004. Isaac began their career as Vice President of Customer Care and Support at Strategic Computer Support, Inc. in 2004. In 2008, they moved to Synergy Solutions, Inc. - Scottsdale, AZ as Director of Information Technology. Isaac then joined Collegiate Admission & Retention Solutions as Director of Technology in 2012. In 2013, they became Vice President of Information Technology at Teleservices Direct. In 2015, they assumed the same role at Synergy Solutions, Inc. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Grupo NGN. In 2021, they were promoted to SVP Information Technology at STARTEK. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed Chief Product Officer at Contact Center Compliance.

Isaac Shloss is currently enrolled in Computer Engineering at Purdue University Northwest.
