Brent Wood

Brent Wood is a Finance Systems Analyst at Contact Energy Ltd since May 2019, focusing on delivering and maintaining the finance system (SAP), along with process improvements and automation. Brent also serves as a Tax Advisor, managing tax compliance and calculations while improving workflows through automation. Previous experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Deloitte New Zealand, where work centered on income tax for corporations and high-net-worth individuals, and involvement in training junior staff. Brent holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago, and has completed the Chartered Accountants Program.
