Tighe joined Contact as Chief Digital Officer in February 2020 and joined the Executive Leadership Team in September 2021.
Tighe joined Contact from E.ON SE in Germany where he led the group's digital transformation program. Prior to that, he helped transform multinationals and large government agencies across Europe and the United States as a leader in IBM’s consulting organization with a focus on user-centered design and advanced analytics.
