Eleni Milia-Argeiti has an extensive career in customer success and clinical research. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at ContactPigeon since September 2017, Eleni has held various roles within the company, including Customer Success Team Leader and Customer Success Consultant - Account Manager. Prior to this, Eleni worked at Novo Nordisk Hellas Ltd. from November 2012 to July 2017 as a Local Trial Manager and Clinical Research Associate. Eleni holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry from the University of Patras, complemented by a Master of Science (MS) in Biochemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution.
